Arts Council Northeast (ArtsNET) will be hosting its 25th Shining Stars Awards Luncheon on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:30pm, at the beautiful Colleyville Center.

A timeless treasure in our communities, Shining Stars has been a premier event and fundraiser for the nonprofit ArtsNET for 25 years.
