The Augusta Festival in Elkins City Park is an annual celebration of traditional music, dance, and craft, the grand finale to our summer class sessions. The festivities take place in the tree-shaded Elkins City Park. The Augusta Festival includes a juried craft fair featuring 40 of the best regional artisans, delicious food from our vendors, live music, workshops, craft demonstrations, jam sessions, and children’s activities. Also taking place is the West Virginia Open Fiddle & Banjo Contest. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, rain or shine.
Vendors will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Augusta Festival: Block Party
Come help us celebrate the end of the Augusta Festival at our annual block party on July 29th from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. This year’s outdoor concert will feature performances from The Jesse Milnes Band as well as The Sweetback Sisters. Bring a lawn chair and a picnic, and enjoy an evening of music in front of El Gran Sabor (413 Kerens Ave, Elkins, WV 26241)- additionally, beverages will be available to purchase on-site.
