Prop 140 is headed for a decisive defeat, thanks to the efforts of the AZGOP and Republican-aligned groups who rallied Arizonans to reject radical, California-style policies - again.

From day one, we focused on the issues that matter: lowering costs, defending freedoms, and restoring common sense in government — not empty promises and pointless celebrity endorsements. The AZGOP has out-worked and out-organized the Democrats every step of the way, and the results speak for themselves.

The AZGOP has fought to ensure our courts remain a critical check on power. By retaining our conservative justices, we preserve the values that make Arizona strong, secure, and free - protecting the rule of law and defending the Constitution.

We’re also on track to retain and potentially grow our majorities in the Arizona Legislature, ensuring a conservative stronghold that will stand up to the woke agenda of Katie Hobbs and fight for Arizona families.
