The Intersection of Medicaid, Estate Planning, and Probate
Medicaid basics intersect with estate planning and probate administration in many ways. Come learn the basics of Medicaid and how that information impacts many arenas of life, and use that information to assist with your estate planning and probate avoidance goals. Presented by Jaclyn Palumbo, Attorney at Palumbo & Sweet.
Registration is not required for this program on Wednesday, January 11 at 6:00 p.m., but you may register for program reminders.
Jaclyn Palumbo has been in practice since 2014, representing over 700 clients in different areas of law. She primarily focuses on elder law and estate planning, and enjoys doing the work to conserve assets from the nursing home for hard-working families. She serves on the Alzheimer’s Association Board as Vice-Chair for the Northeast Ohio Region, and sponsors the Alzheimer’s Walk for Akron every year. She has lost two relatives to Alzheimer’s, and she knows the devastating impact financially and emotionally on families without any elder law planning.
