- Pageant- Begins Sign UP Before May 5
- Meme will kick off the Festival with Soulful Music

11:45 pm - 12:30 pm: 1st Raffle Drawing
01:30 pm: Car Cruise and Winners Announced
02:45 pm: 3rd Raffle Drawing
03:00 pm: Announce Winners of Art Contest
03:45 pm: Final Drawing
