From: Bean Hole DaysCelebrate Bean Hole Days in Pequot Lakes July 16-17, 2024. This one-of-a-kind event is rootin' tootin' good fun for the whole family. The huge cast iron kettles of beans are buried on Tuesday, July 16 to cook overnight and will be served on Wednesday, July 17 at noon to more than 3,000 hungry visitors. Lines form early, so make sure to purchase a 2024 Bean Hole Days mug and head to the front of the "Fast Pass for Gas" line.
Trailside Park in the center of town is teaming with people visiting craft vendors, playing games, and enjoying free beans. Make the trip to Pequot Lakes for northern Minnesota’s quirkiest small town Celebration.

5:30 p.m: Burying of the Beans (South Trailside Park)
Watch as the Pit Crew lowers the 5 large cast iron kettles of beans so they can cook overnight and be served to thousands the next day.

9:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m: Craft Fair and Food Vendors (South Trailside Park).
9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m: Kid’s Activities (South Trailside Park).
Kids' Bungee and Trampoline Jump, Water Wars.
11:30 a.m: Crowning of King and Queen Bean (South Trailside Park).
Beans are declared ready to eat.
12:00 p.m: Serving of the Beans (South Trailside Park).
Friendly volunteers serve a delicious free meal of baked beans, dinner roll and water.
12:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m: The Memories of Elvis Tribute Show by Chris Olson (South Trailside Park).
We're thrilled to have Chris Olson performing his Memories of Elvis Tribute Show. Attendees will enjoy the King of Rock while waiting for the delicious and famous Bean Hole Days beans. Bring your lawn chair and sit back to enjoy the free show.
