The Monks Brandy Co. is a small batch, ready-to-drink canned cocktail manufacturer based on the northside of Des Moines. Founded by Will Rogers (Hoover High – 1988) has been in business since Veterans Day of 2022. Our first product in the marketplace is The Alexander – which was recognized with a Gold Medal at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Des Moines is French for "The Monks. A great drink made in a great town!

The Sheet is a Reggae infused cover band. Playing fun & surprising songs that make you smile and settle in, wherever you're at. We are your tropical contact high! We've been having fun doing this Sheet since 2011! We play songs that were on our tapes, CD's and iPods as we were growing up and enjoyed. -We bring in the styles and songs of some West and East Coast reggae bands and of course the Roots reggae hits. So, get in vacation mode and let's have some fun!

During this class, you will move with your breath through sun salutations, a strong + athletic flow, work on balance, practice backbends, and cool it down with hip openers and savasana. This is a physically challenging class, but it is for everyone! Variations and modifications are offered throughout, so you can take what you need and leave what you don't.
