Celebrating over 50 Years of Community!

The 2023 Blaine Festival will be held Friday, June 23rd through Sunday, June 25th at Aquatore Park.

The Blaine Festival is an annual community celebration with weekend-long events for the whole family. Join us at Aquatore Park (corner of Hwys. 65 & 10) showcasing a wide variety of entertainment with something for everyone.

Events includes a carnival, crafter/business fair, civic tent, petting zoo, not so ugly dog contest, kids pedal tractor pull, magician, food, and live bands plus much, much more!

Schedule:

Friday, June 23rd, 2023:

Noon – Information Tent & Vendor Check-In adjacent to the Big Top area on Central

Noon – Medallion Hunt – 1st clue at noon; 2nd clue at 4:30 p.m. – subsequent clues daily at 10:00 a.m. until the medallion is found sponsored by Magnifi Financial Credit Union – Clues posted at BlaineMN.gov/MedallionHunt and on the A-frame at the Info Tent

5:00 p.m. – Flag Raising Official Opening of the 2023 Blaine Festival honoring Military Night in the Civic Tent – flag raising will be held on Central in front of the Info Tent with comments from local officials sponsored by SBM Fire Dept. and Scout Troop 007

5:00 p.m. – Craft Show & Business Vendor Fair ($$) in Vendor Village

5:00 p.m. – WM Purdy Carnival ($$) – rides, food, games and fun at Carnival Corner

5:00 p.m. – Food Concessions ($$) on the Food Court

5:00 p.m. – Band Stage & Big Top – live music all weekend-long with no cover charge sponsored by Walter’s Recycling & Refuse

5:00 p.m. – Refreshment Garden ($$) adjacent to the Big Top serving your favorite feer, wine and alcohol from Maxx Bar & Grill

5:00 p.m. – East Demonstration/Performance Pavilion near the east end of the Park Path 

5:00 p.m. – West Demonstration/Performance Pavilion near the west end of the Park Path

5:00 p.m. – Free Off-Site Parking & Shuttle Service from Westwood Middle School (711 91st Ave. NE, Blaine, MN 55434) to Aquatore Park, pick up & drop off at the corner of Cloverleaf Parkway & old Central – bus runs every 15 minutes.  Last bus departs Aquatore Park at 12:15 a.m.

5:30 p.m. – Oreo Stacking Contest under the Kids Korner Canopy adjacent to the swings sponsored by Super Target of Blaine

5:30 p.m. – Taekwondo Demonstration under the East Pavilion sponsored by Minnesota Star Martial Arts
