Earlier May 9, 2025, Governor Kathy Hochul announced FY26 Budget affordability investments for Southern Tier families at Batch Grab and Go in Johnson City, New York. The Governor met with Kinya Middleton, Carly Budrick and Jaclyn Marie Kress as they expressed their concerns on the cost of living. The Governor also spoke with patrons as she highlighted her affordability agenda.
