Join us for the exhibition opening and meet-and-greet reception with exhibition curators Marie Vickles and william cordova. Focusing on the evolution of radical community activist movements of the late 1960s and early 1970s, walls turned sideways are bridges includes photos, books, pamphlets, vintage buttons, pins, historical mainstream newspapers, flyers, t-shirts, vinyl records and posters. Located at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center (AARLCC) in Fort Lauderdale.
