Broward Women’s Chorus 50th Anniversary Concert

The Broward County Women’s Chorus is presenting their special 50th anniversary concert in celebration of Women’s History Month. Enjoy a special program of songs that celebrate women, including selections from the 1970s that were written or sung by iconic women of the time.

If that’s not your thing, check out the dozens of playlists from our free music streaming service – there’s everything from K-pop to classical, Miley Cyrus’s latest to jazz’s greatest. Once you’re in, you get unlimited daily streaming and six free songs to download a week.

Application Deadline: Friday, March 17

We’re offering Teen Leadership Internships this summer at six library locations. The internships are open to local high school students and run from June 20 to August 4, 2023. Teens can gain work experience, explore various career paths, make professional contacts, develop essential leadership and life skills and receive a $650 stipend after completion of the program.

Submit an application and an original 200-500 word essay by March 17, 2023.
