Behind the Scenes: Staff Training Day
At CCPL's Spring Staff Training Day last month, we had a chance to get together in the new space at the Milestone Building where the County has moved much of the administrative staff of various departments.
During the day, we heard from presenters on disability rights, conflict resolution, and the fast (FAST) approaching Summer Reading Program.
We also had a chance to connect and team-build in a way that has been difficult to do since the pandemic.
It was a great day, and we came back refreshed and ready to bring you even more great library services and programs! Our next Staff Training Day will be in October.
