9:00 A.M.: 4-H & Open Horse Show (Grandstands Arena)

9:00 A.M.: 4-H, FFA and Open Class Welding and Woodworking Conference Judging (Fair Building)

10:00 A.M.: Open Class Horticulture & Flower Show Judging (Fair Building)

11:00 A.M.: 4-H Council Food Stand Opens 

11:30 A.M.: 4-H and FFA Projects, Entomology, Forestry and Geology, Conference Judging (Fair Building)

1:30 P.M.:  Catch it Contest Entries due to Fair Office

1:30 P.M.:  4-H & Open Rabbits and Poultry Show Conference    Judging (Jenkins Hall) 

5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.: 4-H, FFA and Open Class Sheep, Goat & Bucket Calf Check In/Weigh-In (Livestock Barn)

6:00 - 7:00 P.M.: 4-H, FFA and Breeding & Market Beef Check-in & Weigh-In (St. Francis Sale Barn)

7:00 - 8:00 P.M.: 4-H & FFA and Open Class Swine Check-in

Weight-In  (Swine Barn)

7:00 - 11:00 P.M.: Home Owned Carnival

8:00 P.M.:  Superintendent Meeting -All livestock animal exhibitors must attend

8:30  P.M.: Grand Stand - Catch It Contest

Thursday, August 7

7:30 A.M.: 4-H Council Food Stand Opens   

9:00 - 11:00: Open Class Entries Received (Fair Building - Small Room) 

9:00 A.M.: 4-H & FFA Swine Show (Small Show Arena)

11:00 A.M.: 4-H & FFA Sheep Show (Large Show Arena 30 Minutes after Swine Show)

11:30 A.M.: 4-H Booths & Educational Exhibit Judging (Fair Building)

11:30 A.M.: Open Photography Judging (Fair Building-Small Room)

Open Class Foods, Clothing, and Needlework Judging Open Class Arts and Crafts Judging (Fair Building - Open Class Room)

12:00 Noon: 4-H &  FFA Goat Show (Large Show Arena 30 Minutes after Sheep Show)

12:30 P.M.: Open Class Food Sale (Fair Building)

2:30 P.M.: Sign Up due for Static Exhibit Silent Auction (fair office)

2:30 - 3:20 P.M.: Static Auction Pictures Taken

3:30 P.M.:  Start of Static Exhibit Silent Auction

8:00 P.M.:  Grand Stand - Ranch Rodeo

9:00  A.M.: 4-H and FFA Beef Show & Bucket Calves (Large Show Arena)

9:00  A.M.: Premium Sale Entry Due

2:00  P.M.: Round Robin (Large and Small Show Arenas) or 1 1/2 hr after beef show

5:30  P.M.:  Premium Sale Buyers Dinner

5:50  P.M.: 4-H Static Exhibit Silent Auction Closes (or 30 min following premium sale)

6:30  P.M.: Premium Sale  (Large Show Arena)

Optional early release of livestock immediately after Premium Sale until 10 PM

7-11:00 P.M.:  Home Owned Carnival

8:00 PM:   Farm Bureau Kid's Pedal Pull

9:00 P.M.: Exhibit Building Closes

10:00 P.M.: 4-H Council Food Stand Closes

Saturday, August 9

11:00  A.M.: Fair Building Opens For Viewing

3:00 - 4:00 P.M.: Release Open Class Exhibits Premium Payout

4:00  P.M.: 4-H Council Food Stand Opens

6:00 - Midnight - Home Owned Carnival

7:00  P.M.: Grand Stand - Demolition Derby

9:00. P.M.: Exhibit Building Closes

10:00  P.M.: 4-H Council Food Stand Closes

Sunday, August 10

8:00 A.M.: Release of 4-H and FFA Exhibits, Including Livestock & Take down Displays

8:00 A.M.: General Clean-Up of Fairgrounds
