Citizens of Anniston, please be aware that we are using a new software for our online garbage billing as of February 2023.

-Step One: Visit: https://annistonal.authoritypay.com 

-Step Two: Select either

(A) Checkout with Quick Pay or (B) Register

-Step Three: Enter your information. After either registering your account or using Quick Pay, you will be able to pay or view your garbage bill balance.

-NOTE: Your CID number is available on your billing statement. When you receive your STATEMENT in the mail, the CID number will be located near the top.
