The city of Apache Junction Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce their free January Concert in the Park and Movie in the Park! Grab your friends and family along with a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy a nice evening outside.

The January installment of the spring Concerts in the Park series will be on Saturday, Jan. 7 and will feature Marty Miles playing some classic folk and rock hits. Marty Miles will be taking the stage from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at Flatiron Community Park, 100 N. Apache Trail in Apache Junction! Bring the kids or grandkids as well and kick back to enjoy some great tunes.

Also in January is the free Movie in the Park, presented by SRP! Grab your friends and family to enjoy a great movie!

The January Movie in the Park will be on Saturday, Jan. 14 and will feature “Monsters University” on the big screen! The feature film will begin at 6 p.m. at Flatiron Park.
