Everett & Judge Beth Smith would like to invite all Mountain City residents on October 3rd (5:30-7:30pm) at 116 Cedar Drive, Mountain City.  Pizza and Ice Cream treats will be provided.  Please bring your family, drinks and chairs.  

National Night Out is a great opportunity for citizens and law enforcement to partner up against crime. It is designed to:

 - Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness,

 - Generate support and participation in crime prevention efforts,

 - Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community relations,

 - Let criminals know that neighborhoods are informed and vigilant.

Not only will The Smith’s host NNO as they have for years for the aforementioned purposes but this year they have also invited the general election candidates to the event to speak.  Candidates will be invited to introduce themselves and speak for a minute or two.  Come and meet your Mountain City Alderman/woman candidates so that you may make an informed decision at the polls this November!
