Best friends Valentine and Proteus embark on different paths in life only to run into each other again when they both fall in love in Milan. Shakespeare's investigation of friendship, love, faithfulness, and fickleness, Two Gentlemen of Verona takes us on a journey across Northern Italy, asking us, with wit, humor, and poignancy, to question the forces that bind us together and tear us apart.

Charleston Wine + Food was founded in 2005 by a group of loyal community leaders with a vision of creating an event to promote + elevate Charleston’s culinary brand. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the goal was to put Charleston on the map as a culinary destination and bring national + international attention to the city through the production of a multi-day wine + food festival. Charleston Wine + Food infuses homegrown flavor with top chefs, winemakers, authors, storytellers, artisans, experts, and food enthusiasts from around the globe for a five-day event that spans the first full weekend each March.

Looking to put even more fest in your festival week? You're covered with this FREE, family-friendly block party. This collab with the City of Charleston on Upper King Street will spotlight the City’s diverse culinary, craft, and small business community. Come listen to live music, celebrate alongside friends old + new, and explore the flavors of this city we are lucky enough to call home!
Food will be available for purchase from Lowcountry restaurants + food trucks and you can sip wine, seltzers, and beer in the Beer Garden. Come listen to live music by the Psycodelics and the Burke High School Marching Band while you support local retailers, artisans, and makers.
Family-friendly programming will feature balloon animals, a 360° photo booth, marshmallows with festival Partner Lowes Foods, an interactive chalk wall by Live 5 News, a visit from Charlie T. RiverDog, games, and more!
