From: City Of Corpus ChristiCORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Earlier today, the City received notification that an email was sent to numerous Utility Billing and Development Services online portal customers. The email contained test account information, not actual customer account information.
After further review with INFOR, the City’s primary software vendor, it was determined that the test email was inadvertently distributed. This was done by an automated process while upgrading the City’s billing system.
INFOR has sent an email to the same distribution list with instructions to disregard the test email.
There is no impact to customer accounts. All customer information remains secure, and no action is needed by customers.
Customers are encouraged to call the City’s 311 Customer Care Center if they have any questions.
