Annie Jr. Auditions set for Thursday, Aug. 17

Fontana, CA - Having a "Hard-Knock Life?" Turn it around by auditioning for Annie Jr.! The City of Fontana’s Youth Community Theater invites talented youth from ages 7-18 to audition for Annie Jr. Auditions to be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Steelworkers’ Auditorium (8437 Sierra Ave).

To audition, participants will need to prepare to sing 16 to 32 bars (45 seconds) of sheet music, learn and participate in a 32-bar dance routine, and provide a headshot (4x6 or larger) with a resume. If participants are chosen to be in the cast, there will be a $17 participation fee due at the cast meeting on August 25th.

Attendance is required for cast members at all rehearsals. Actual attendance for each rehearsal is dependent upon role of cast member. Performances will be held at Steelworkers' Auditorium (8437 Sierra Ave.): Friday, November 3, 5:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. and Sunday November 5, 2:00 p.m. (Rehearsal time and location subject to change)
