Astronomy Night

The City of Fontana invites you and your family to enjoy a night of astronomy at the Mary Vagle Center (11501 Cypress Ave.) Astronomy Night will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

This free event will feature "make and take" crafts, rocket building and launching, and a special presentation from The Astronomy Man - David White and more! Attendees will have the opportunity to view the new moon phase, planets, star clusters, galaxies, and nebulate.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, City Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2023. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

The City of Fontana offers passport services by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Appointments are not available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
