One Second Collaborative:One Second Collaborative is on track to launch this summer. In partnership with United Way of Tarrant County, thisnew program will address youth gun violenceby uniting and coordinating community-based organizations that deliver street outreach, education, counseling, and other support to young people. City Councilwill appoint steering committee members this week.
