From: City Of GaithersburgGaithersburg, MD - The City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works announced that M.T. Laney, a Washington Gas contractor, will perform road repairs on Teachers Way and East Diamond Avenue. Work will take place through April 10, 2023, weather permitting, and will consist of asphalt milling, resurfacing, and striping. View map here.
Drivers should expect minor delays at various times and may experience detours while work is in progress.
On-street parking will be restricted at various times. “No Parking” signs will be posted at least 48 hours in advance of construction activity. These signs will be marked with the dates and times of the parking restrictions.
A Washington Gas contractor will perform the work Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
