The Short-Term Residential Rental Business License Renewal is now open.

No inspection is required unless you made changes in occupancy or had a conditional pass for windows in 2022 not completed. 

Renewal timeline:

- January – February 2023, no penalty.

- March 1 – March 31, 2023, 10% penalty accessed.

- April 1 – April 30, 2023, 30% penalty accessed.

- May 1, 2023 – Licenses not renewed are voided.
