A conslruction project for a sub-division has begun on Park and California Avenue. Grading of the property has began, which consequently closes the bike and pedestrian trail to the public from the Park Avenue entrance. Access to the trail is open on the Siskiyou Avenue entrance.
Remember to be mindful and drive with caution in all construction areas, lookout for crews, signs and road closures.

Kerman Wellness Hub presents Saturdays in the Park!
Did you know just spending a few minutes outside everyday can improve your overall health and well-being?
In 2023. Kerman Wellness Hub is encouraging people to spend only a few minutes each week enjoying the wonderful outdoor spaces Kerman's Parks have to offer through Social Media. This Saturday, snap a picture at any of Kerman's Parks and tag @kerman_wellness_hub and use #saturdaysintheparkkerman on Facebook or Instagram. Telf us your favorite park, outdoor activity, or anything else you enjoy about being outside. Take some time this weekend to share your favorite ouMoor space and encourage others in the community to spend more time outside!
Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic
Valley Health Team will be hosting a vaccine clinic on Thursday. March 2. 2023 from 1.00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Kerman Senior Center
This event is open to the public, vaccines are available for those 6 montfis and older. There will be informational booths and refreshments.

Oversight Committee Applications
The City of Kerman is accepting applications for an appointment to the Kerman Sales Tax Oversight Committee. The Kerman Sales Tax Oversight Committee provides advisory input to the City Council on proposed expenditures of sates tax revenues. The Oversight Committee meets on a semi-annual basis (every 6 months), the 1st Tuesday of April, and October, at4:30 p.m. at City Hall. Currently there is 1 appointment to be made for a four-year term ending December 31. 2026. Applicants must reside in City limits and shall not be current City employees, officials, contractors or vendors of the City.
Applications are available on the City of Kerman website wwwcitvofkerTnan.net or at City Hall. 850 S. Madera Ave. Filing deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Appointment will be made at the City Council meeting on March 22.2023
