CITY RECEIVES DISTINGUISHED BUDGET PRESENTATION AWARD
The Lake Havasu City Finance Department, is pleased to announce that it has received The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget.

MALE ARRESTED AFTER POLICE STANDOFF AND PURSUIT
On February 16, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m. officers with the Lake Havasu city Police Department responded to the 200 block of Swanson Ave. after receiving information that a wanted subject, 35-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Cory Marks, was currently sitting in a parked vehicle near that location.

RESIDENTIAL HOUSE FIRE
At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Monday, February, 28, 2023, a fire was reported by the neighbor in the 1100 block of Regency Dr. The neighbor discovered a fire in rear of the duplex and alerted occupants to evacuate. The first arriving fire company reported heavy fire conditions at the rear of the structure.
