Livonia Public Schools have a Professional Development Day and this green-themed party in Greenmead Historical Park's Alexander Blue House is a great way to keep the kids active with games, crafts, snacks, and more! Register in advance.
Quilt the Love Charm at Greenmead
Are you a beginner-to-intermediate quilter looking for a quilting class? Spend a few days with your fellow quilters at Greenmead Historical Park as we learn quilting techniques to create a beautiful “Moda Love Charm Quilt.” This two-day class runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays, March 11 and 25.
Participants must bring their own machines and provide their own materials. A supply list was set to be sent out two weeks prior to the start of the class, so register ASAP.
Have a Date With a Dino March 27
Is your child dazzled by dinosaurs? Come join other 18-month to 6-year-olds for an hour 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 27, to create your own dinosaur work of art!
This is a great class for younger siblings to attend together at the Kirksey Recreation Center. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Register online in advance.
