Favorite Places and Spaces in Mankato!

Submit photos of your favorite scenery, event, park, trail, place to relax or any of your favorite spaces, places or things in Mankato.

Entry Form

Submit a completed photo contest entry form. Only one entry form is needed per person. Participants may submit up to 10 images on a yearly basis.

Photo Release Forms

For photos featuring people who can be recognized, City staff will send a photo release form. The form will be required for photos to be judged or included in City communication pieces.

Mankato City Limits

To be eligible for the contest, all photos must be taken of people, places and spaces within Mankato city limits. Popular locations that are outside of city limits include the Red Jacket Valley Park and trestle bridge, Minneopa Falls and Lake Washington. View a city limits map to see Mankato’s city boundaries.
