The Public is invited to the Annual State of the City address on March 1, 2023.  The address will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. at the Oviedo Cultural Center, 357 Center Lake Drive, Oviedo.  There will be a public question and answer session immediately following the presentation.  We hope you can join us for this special occasion.
