The Gardens GreenMarket Anniversary Celebration!

Cheers to 21 years! Join us on Sunday, January 8 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. when we celebrate the 21st Anniversary of The Gardens Greenmarket. We have a day full of fun giveaways, a birdhouse decorating station, a take home garden station and beverages from "The Garden" planned. Our market soundtrack will be provided by The Phones Quintet. While you're there, get a complimentary blood pressure screening from our GreenMarket sponsor Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. More information is available on our GreenMarket page.

January City Council Meeting

Your Palm Beach Gardens City Council will meet this month on Thursday, January 12 at 6 p.m. at City Hall (10500 N. Military Trail). The Council agenda will be available to the public on the Thursday prior to the meeting date. Attend in person or watch via LiveStream at www.pbgfl.com/LiveStream

Welcome Back to the Pack!

Lilac Dog Park (4175 Lilac Street) reopened, following extensive renovations, on Tuesday, January 3. Dog owners and their best friends are in for a treat! The park now features a special K9 synthetic turf for cleaner and easier to maintain ground cover. We hope our residents will get out and enjoy the new park amenities!

Here We Grow, Again...

Did you know that Palm Beach Gardens has been named a Tree City USA for the last 35 years? Our annual tradition of planting a new tree in Honor Park continues on Friday, January 20 at 9:30 a.m. when we hold the City's Arbor Day ceremony! In conjunction with the GFWC Women's Club, we'll plant a Japanese Fern Tree. Join us at Lake Catherine Park- (9481 MacArthur Blvd).

Following the City's Budget Just Got Easier

The City is pleased to present its first interactive online Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 22 - 23 using a cloud based online budgeting and planning software from OpenGov. Have you tried it yet? We've thrown out the boring spreadsheets and made the budget easier for residents to follow!

Operation Sister City - Wauchula

As the season of giving came to a close, our Operation Sister City program conducted its last activity to support the City of Wauchula, FL following the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian.

Introducing Online Permitting

Say goodbye to bringing in paper plans when you start a new project! Last month, we launched our online permitting system. Applicants will now be able to apply, pay, print permits, schedule inspections and upload documents without coming into City Hall. Visit our information page to learn more.

Save The Date for Public Safety Day!

Public Safety Day 2023 is scheduled for Saturday, February 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Gardens North County District Park. Details can be found on our event page.
