Storm Damage Assistance
FEMA has approved Individual Assistance for residents and business owners who incurred damage to their homes. Are you in need of sheltering due to the storms? A Red Cross shelter is open at the Morro Bay Community Center beginning January 20. Business owners and farmers/ranchers use this page to report flood damages. Questions? Call us at 805-781-5678
New Agenda Format
The City has updated its online City Council agenda system to make accessing meeting information more user-friendly and easier to navigate. The full agenda is available HTML and PDF formats. The HTML version gives users the ability to select individual items to view. The PDF version provides the entire agenda packet in one file, with a convenient table of contents feature. Free Tax Help Available
The Paso Robles City Library Reference Desk staff can assist with accessing and printing federal and state tax forms. Looking for help preparing or filing your 2022 taxes? AARP Tax Aide will again provide free tax preparation and filing on Saturdays from February 4 through April 8 at the Paso Robles Senior Center. Appointments can be made by visiting www.ccfreetax.org or by calling 805-931-6308.
Water Bill Update
Discontinuation of water service due to non-payment will resume in February 2023. Utility accounts with past due balances that are 60+ days past will be subject to discontinuation of service. Prior to discontinuation of service, the City will make every effort to notify water customers via written notice, door hanger, and phone call. More information
New Website Design
The City has updated its website with a new color palette, professional photos and an easier-to-navigate homepage. There is also a new public photo gallery and a handy meeting and events calendar. Staff will be updating content in the coming months and residents can email [email protected] if they find outdated information or have feedback to share. View the website
Invocators Needed
The City is seeking local churches or religious leaders to hold an invocation at the beginning of each City Council meeting. The meetings take place at 6:30PM on the first and third Tuesday of each month. An invocation prayer is an opening prayer for a church service or meeting, and are usually around one minute long and are written at the speaker’s discretion. More information

RECREATION
Art Park
In this after-school art enrichment class students will explore the world of both two and three-dimensional media, such as pencil, colored pencil, acrylic paint, and clay. Students will learn by following the teacher in a step-by-step method that allows the child to see projects take shape from beginning to end. Games, books, and music exploration are sprinkled throughout the class time. Monday, January 23 & 30 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the Centennial Park Acorn Room. Children 5-10 years of age. $30.
