Recently, we installed signs at Braelinn and Glenloch Recreation Complex! Besides identifying unmarked parks and unifying signage across the city, this initiative is critical to first responders finding their way to an urgent call. Keep an eye out as we continue installing these helpful signs across Peachtree City.

Sign up for Citizen Police Academy
How do cops do their job?
The Peachtree City police department aims to answer that question at its annual citizens' police academy.
Now in its 21st year, the citizens' police academy teaches residents how crime scenes are processed, how traffic laws are enforced, and how officers take a suspect into custody while protecting themselves and others from harm.
The 10-week course also includes a ride-along with an officer and a tour of the 911 communications center.
Applications for the citizens' police academy are now being accepted. Participants must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
