From December 29-30, 2022, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting COVID-19 positive cases for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are eighteen cases for Port Arthur, eleven cases for Groves, four cases for Nederland, and ten cases for Port Neches.
