From January 10, 2023, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting COVID-19 positive cases for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are twelve cases for Port Arthur, seven cases for Groves, ten cases for Nederland, and four cases for Port Neches. The Health Department is reporting thirty-three (33) COVID-19 positive cases today
