Area formerly known as the “anchor site” to bring commercial and residential offerings
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Mayor Keith A. James, City Commissioners, the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and Immocorp Ventures, LLC recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for The District at Northwood on Thursday, Jan. 12. This mixed-use development will feature architecture by Kobi Karp and will consist of 60,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. The District at Northwood will offer a grocery store, restaurants, retail options, and entertainment. The project will be located at 2501 Pinewood Avenue in the Northwood neighborhood.
The District at Northwood will include “Arté at The District,” a multifamily residential complex that will consist of 382 units. Floorplans will vary between studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit will feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl wood-style plank flooring, and laundry installations. Ten percent (10%) of the units will serve as workforce and low-income housing. Community amenities will include ground floor retail, a parking garage with elevator access, co-working spaces with virtual reality capabilities, an
indoor/outdoor fitness studio, pickleball courts, a rooftop entertainment complex with poolside cabanas, and an outdoor space featuring a kitchen, dining areas, lawn games, and a pet park.
