Fourteen years ago, local owner Julie Schroeder opened Color Me Mine Eagan with a vision to create a vibrant and inspiring space for the community to unleash their creativity. Over the years, Schroeder has been deeply overwhelmed by the countless memories made and the strong community bonds that have formed within the studio. Recognizing the growing demand, Schroeder seized the opportunity to expand into a larger space just four doors down from the original location. This new, more spacious studio allows more people to explore their artistic side and features an additional kiln, allowing for a quicker turnaround on firing the pottery.

“Over the past 14 years at Color Me Mind Eagan, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people who have come through our doors,” says Schroeder. “Expanding to a larger space is essential to continue offering a place where people can create lasting memories – whether through a solo self-care painting session, a birthday party, a team building event or other special occasions. I’m thrilled to welcome even more community members to Color Me Mine Eagan to create more memories.”
