The Employee Excellence Award Committee is pleased to present the January 2023 Excellence Award to Andy Boehling, DPW Electrician.

Andy's accomplishments are numerous.  His primary duties are to support and maintain equipment associated with the town's 32 pump stations but his scope of work extends beyond pump stations.  His reputation as a dedicated professional who solves problems and gets things done is well-established across the town staff.  Town departments also benefit regularly from Andy's expertise.  Examples of his town-wide service include reconfiguring the downtown rotary electrical lines to support the Rotary Club's Winter Lights decorations, coordinating the emergency response to a golf course water pump failure in support of the Rec Dept, installing new lighting at the Fire Station parking lot and the 9/11 Memorial and responding to multiple lighting issues at various town buildings.

Andy's dedication to service, commitment to duty, and unwavering professionalism are on display every day.
