Cake Hoopla will be at the event, providing a live-instruction cupcake-decorating workshop at 11 AM.

Location: Cook Park, Shelter 3 (end of park by the boat launch).

Due to limited spacing, you MUST pre-register for this activity.

First 30 participants are free, any after that will pay a small fee.
