February 1, 2024

4:30 p.m - 6 p.m.: Cooperstown Winter Carnival Hot Cocoa Kick-Off at The Otesaga Resort Hotel - Fenimore Room, 60 Lake Street, Cooperstown.
 
Join us as we start off the 56th Winter Carnival with a fun night out featuring Hot cocoa with all the fixings, some words from Cooperstown Mayor Ellen Tillapaugh, and much more. Stick around for the fireworks at dusk, and visit with Princess Cinderella and Princess Rapunzel. Adult beverages will be available.

Warm Up With Hot Cocoa
Sip, savor, and celebrate as we kick off the Cooperstown Winter Carnival with a steaming cup of hot chocolate! It's the perfect way to start the winter fun – join us for a toasty treat that'll leave you smiling!"

All that Glitters is Snow and Sparks
From the beautiful Otesaga, watch as we "Color the Night" with a spectacular fireworks display, going off at 6:00pm. Get there early to grab your drinks!

Be on your toes!
Princess Cinderella and Rapunzel will be visiting this weekend! Find them at the hot cocoa bar and watching the fireworks! They will be at other venues during the weekend!

Enjoy Some Music
Cooperstown's Shadowfax (featuring Paul Weber and Douglas Parry Davidson) will be providing the soundtrack for this spectacular evening with a special live performance.

If you're looking to have dinner after the fireworks... the Hawkeye Bar & Grill will be exploring world cuisine with their popular Hawkeye International Nights. This evening will feature the delicious cuisine of Korea. Be sure to book those reservations soon!

Looking For The After Party?
Come by J&D's Wagon Wheel for a special Bingo Night! The event starts at 7 PM and there will be prizes. Also...Cooperstown Beverage Exchange is the official Warm Up Spot for Winter Carnival and will be open to 10 PM.
