This Is The 49th Year For The Festival. We Will Have Rides, A Huge Parade, A Car Show, Yummy Foods, Creative Vendors, Contests, Live Entertainment, Fireworks And More.

Wednesday, June 11, 2025 - 5pm to 9pm

On Wednesday we will be open from 5pm to 9pm, there will be kiddie night presented by Bluegrass Rides. There will be a pre-sale on bracelets for $15 located at the Crothersville Peoples Bank before the festival begins. Bring the kids for a night of fun on our midway.

Thursday, June 12, 2025 - 5pm to 9pm

Kicking off the festival, on Thursday, June 12, Jackson Snelling will be performing the National Anthem!

Your 49th festival, Prince and Princess Crowning, will take place on the main stage at 5:30PM.

Jackson Snelling will sing on the main stage from 4:30PM until 7pm with 
Redemption Cross to follow at 7PM until 9PM.

Friday, June 13, 2025 - 5pm to 10pm

4:45 p.m: Grandmas Weddles kids will perform
5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Brian Fink performs
7:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Logan Oaks will take the main stage to entertain the crowd
8:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m: Rusty Bladen takes the mainstage to close out the night with some awesome music as well

Saturday, June 14, 2025 - 10am to 11pm

The Carl Bowman Memorial 5K and mini-walk registration starts at 8AM on the high school track with the mini-walk taking off at 8:45am and the 5K immediately following. Registration will be $20. Click Here For Registration Information

The Hamacher Hall (Historical and Cultural Arts Museum)  will be hosting breakfast Saturday morning of the festival.
Visit Hamacher Hall and pick up some Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast will start being served at 8AM at Hamacher Hall. Freewill donations accepted

The Red, White and Cute Patriotic Baby Contest registration begins at 9AM at Tiger Hall (right across from Crothersville High School)

There will be a Car Show at Bard Street Park with registration starting at 10AM. For more information on the Car Show, contact Rachelle Baker at 812-569-9162. 

11am A cake walk will be hosted by The Crothersville VFW Post 1083  This will be on Preston street in front of the school.

1:30 p.m: The Parade
Registration starts at 10:30 a.m at Bard Street Park

All participants must be registered by Noon
and must meet at Bard Street park by 1 PM for line up instructions and number
We will be marking Bard Street with numbers for each group of participants.
The VFW participants will be first in the parade.

Each group must keep the paper with the assigned number with them at all times.
(No trading numbers please!  We want a safe and fun parade.)

Parade organizer will be Betty Norris
The parade route will be the same as the last 48 years.

Musical Entertainment 
5:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: Taking the stage will be Pastor Greg Shuler and Impact Worship
6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m On the House Band will perform
8:00 p.m until 10:00 p.m: Six Ways to Sunday 

The annual fireworks show presented by Straight Shooters and Cerro Wire will begin at 10PM. Be sure to come by early to pick up your fireworks glasses. Watch out for the cool bus. They will be in attendance and playing music during the fireworks show.
