ST PAUL – On March 17th, the Minnesota DFL Party released the following statement after Rep. Michelle Fischbach launched her campaign for another term in Congress

“Rep. Fischbach’s constituents want to know why she is trying to pass a budget that would kick thousands of their friends and neighbors off of their health insurance,” said Minnesota DFL executive director Heidi Kraus Kaplan. “But instead of answering for why she is trying to gut Medicaid and food assistance programs, she has gone into hiding and attacked her constituents as ‘garbage.’ If she wants another term in Congress, Rep. Fischbach should stop attacking the people she represents and the programs that working families in her district rely on.”
