Enterprise Permitting and Licensing System (EPL) Will Now Launch on July 31, 2023

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The City of West Palm announces that the Enterprise Permitting and Licensing system (EPL) is now scheduled to launch on Monday, July 31, 2023, due to some compatibility issues (previously announced launch date of June 26).

The EPL system is a comprehensive, web-based portal that revolutionizes the way residents, and their agents interact with the City's Development Services, Engineering, Public Works, Police, Finance, and other departments.

Starting July 31, 2023, the City of West Palm Beach will transform the traditional in-person processes into efficient and user-friendly online experiences. With the implementation of the EPL system, residents and their agents will have the convenience and flexibility to apply for permits, manage plan approvals, and oversee permitting processes from the comfort of their homes or offices.
