The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) announced five students as the 2023 Fall Chancellor’s Medallion recipients, and they will be honored at the 168th commencement ceremony during its sesquicentennial year on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
