The specialty store is powered by Travis Kinaya, the Ayars and their team of expert Grazologists™ who curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that produce a delicious work of edible art. 

Christian and Marissa Ayar bring valuable experience from the automotive industry—Christian Ayar in finance and Marissa Ayar in communications. Travis Kinaya is currently a student and works in retail pharmacy, gaining firsthand experience in customer service and operations. Together, their diverse expertise forms a dynamic team, equipped with transferable skills essential for successfully running their own business.
