What to expect!

Fun relaxed games with a focus on fun and narrative!

Each player will receive a achievements list. Accomplishing these will ensure your wizard will be famous and/or infamous. These will get you tickets to enter the raffle for prizes. Tickets are also granted for participating and other heroic feats. The majority of the ticket price will be used for prize support.

A rules packet will be provided some time before the event. Monsters and terrain will be provided in abundance! We will have various missions set up from the core book and supplements set up for you to try. We will play on a 2×2 board with most optional rules(crits, monsters etc.) and most games will be 1v1.

Come with your level 0-10 wizard/warband. You can create yours using the rules found in the Maze of Malcor supplement.

You are encouraged to bring your home game wizard or create a new one with the above rules. Xp and gold can be tracked between games and spent freely. You will also receive some extra items on arrival.

What to bring.

Rule book, Minis, Dice , measure, needed tokens for spells, activation, wounds. Players are encouraged to bring and model spells that last on the table. E.g walls, wizard eye etc

A relaxed attitude. This is a deadly game with fickle dice and greedy power /knowledge hungry wizards but we are here to have fun and tell stories.

While players and hosts will always strive to be helpful with rules and answer questions this is not the best event to learn to play your first game at. Hop on our discord and request a learning game and come out to one of our every other Friday night events and practice!

Tentative Schedule

10:00 : Cafe opens for food and drinks

10:30 : starts our first round of gaming goal is to play one game by lunch

12:30 - 1:30 : lunch break

1:30 - 5:30 : afternoon session will be encouraged to try and fit in 2-3 games in this time slot..

5:30 - 6:30 : dinner break

6:30 - 11:00 pm : play all the games you can ! there will also be an option for a narrative multiplayer level set up.

8 pm final award drawings

This is guideline but since this is not a tournament come and stay as long as you want, prizes will be drawn throughout the day eating, drinking and snacking is encouraged throughout the day, food can be ordered via website and you’ll receive a text when it’s ready at the counter so you can keep gaming!
