We've made improvements and updates to many programs this year. Both the Truffles & Wine Dinner and the Dig Truffles? Experience with Winery Truffle Lunch at Raymond will feature all four Michelin star/master chefs. We've also doubled the Mushroom Foray sessions to four and substantially reduced each session's group size, so each guest will have personalized time with each of the expert foray guides.

This is a milestone year in which we anticipate being able to use ultra fresh Napa/Sonoma harvested Périgord black truffles for the very first time in our festival history! Considering that truffles have a freshness half life of only 5 days, this becomes a game changer because you'll be able to taste for yourself how much more potent and aromatic these locally harvested truffles are, compared to those imported from Europe. 

In the past, tickets for our most popular activities have sold out within 24-48 hours. We encourage you mark your calendar and get your tickets when they launch in a few days on Oct 1!
