FRANKFORT, KY - Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has appointed Debra Wulfeck of Covington to the Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents.
- Debra Wulfeck of Covington is a community philanthropist. She replaces Elizabeth Thompson, who has resigned, and will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term expiring June 30, 2027.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Sadiqa Reynolds and John Hollenbach to the University of Louisville Board of Trustees to serve for terms expiring April 14, 2031.
- Sadiqa Reynolds of Louisville is the CEO of the Perception Institute. She replaces Raymond Burse, whose term has expired.
- John Hollenbach of Louisville is a real estate investor. He replaces Diane Medley, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Susan Hershberg and Alice Houston to the Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board to serve for terms expiring April 14, 2028.
- Susan Hershberg of Louisville is the owner of Wiltshire Pantry & Bakery. She represents business and replaces Tony Georges, whose term has expired.
- Alice Houston of Louisville is the co-founder of HJI Supply Chain Solutions. She represents business and replaces Kim Humphrey, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Catherine Tanner of Elizabethtown to the Kentucky Board of Barbering to serve for a term expiring Feb. 1, 2028.
- Catherine Tanner is the master barber at Beyond the Brick Barbering. She represents barbers as a member of the Board and replaces Ryan Cornell, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Steve Tribble, Walter Cummings, Randy Graham, Cindy Stagner and Jaime Embry to the Hopkinsville Community College Nominating Commission to serve for terms expiring April 14, 2029.
- Steve Tribble of Hopkinsville is the former judge/executive of Christian County. He replaces Terri Henderson, whose term has expired.
- Walter Cummings of Hopkinsville is an attorney for the Public Service Commission. He replaces Katie Moyer, who resigned and whose term subsequently expired.
- Randy Graham of Hopkinsville is the emergency management director for the Christian County Fiscal Court. He replaces John Rittenhouse, whose term has expired.
- Cindy Stagner of Hopkinsville is a paralegal at the Christian County Fiscal Court. She replaces Jeffrey Holland, whose term has expired.
- Jaime Embry of Hopkinsville is the disaster relief coordinator for Pennyrile Disaster Relief. She replaces Ashley Sholar, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has reappointed Mark Neff, Shana Goggins and Rebecca Bailey to the Kentucky Oral History Commission to serve for terms expiring Feb. 15, 2029. Additionally, he has appointed Milan Bush to the Commission to serve for a term expiring Feb. 15, 2029.
- Mark Neff of Louisville is a retired state government employee.
- Shana Goggins of Richmond is the grants navigator at the Black Appalachian Coalition.
- Rebecca Bailey of Cold Spring is a professor at Northern Kentucky University.
- Milan Bush of Lexington is an educator at the Black Appalachian Coalition. She replaces Carolyn Noe, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has reappointed Brandi Gilley of Corbin to the Kentucky Eating Disorder Council to serve for a term expiring Oct. 2, 2026.
- Brandi Gilley is the director of nutrition services at the Laurel County Health Department and represents the Kentucky Public Health Association as a member of the Council.
