Air Quality Enterprise Board
The Air Quality Enterprise collects fees from stationary sources to support a variety of services that inform fee payer operations and facilitates dialogue between fee payers and the community. The enterprise, through the department and contractors, conducts science-based, unbiased air quality modeling, monitoring, assessment, data analysis, and research, and provides emission mitigation services when sought by fee payers.

Arkansas River Compact Administration
The Arkansas River Compact Administration was created to administer the provision of the compact which was created with respect to the waters of the Arkansas River. The administration shall cooperate with each state charged with the administration of water rights and with federal agencies in the systemic determination and correlation of the facts as to the flow and diversion of the waters of the Arkansas River.

Commission on Family Medicine
The Commission assures that family medicine residency programs maintain high quality training, approves and recommends allocation of state funds to the programs, locates areas of the state that are underserved by family physicians, offers ideas on providing medical care to medically indigent in the state, and supports the development of rural training programs.

Medical Services Board
The Medical Services Board adopts the rules and regulations that govern the operation of the Colorado Medicaid Program and Colorado Indigent Care Program. The Regulations adopted by the board will direct the efforts of the State in defining eligibility and the benefits for these programs, the rights and obligations of clients receiving benefits, and the payment of vendors providing health care services.

Motor Vehicle Dealer Board
The Board licenses and regulates motor vehicle dealers and salespersons. It also works to resolve consumer complaints about dealers, holds hearings and orders corrective action.

Orphaned Wells Mitigation Enterprise
The Orphaned Wells Mitigation Enterprise imposed and collects mitigation fees, funds the plugging, reclaiming, and remediating of orphaned wells in the state, and ensuring that the costs associated with plugging, reclaiming and remediating orphaned wells are borne by operators in the form of mitigation fees.

Provider Stabilization Fund Advisory Board
The Provider Stabilization Fund Advisory Board, established under Senate Bill 25-290, supports the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing in implementing and overseeing the Provider Stabilization Fund.

State Electrical Board
The Board examines and licenses electricians. The board also adopts and revises rules and regulations concerning the installation, repair and alteration of wiring apparatus and equipment for electric light, heat and power.

State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council
The Council advises the Department of Public Health and Environment on matters relating to emergency medical and trauma services programs. The Council’s duties include developing curricula for the training of emergency medical personnel, establishing requirements for ambulance vehicles and services, and determining the eligibility of facilities to receive trauma center designation.

Judicial Performance Commissions
There are 23 judicial performance commissions serving the State of Colorado: one State Commission and 22 District Commissions. The State Commission evaluates the performance of Supreme Court Justices and Court of Appeals Judges, and the District Commissions evaluate District Court and County Court Judges. Commissioners evaluate judges during two different cycles: retention and interim.
