CONCORD, NH – On May 3rd, in accordance with the President's proclamation, Governor Kelly Ayotte has directed all flags on public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to be lowered to half-staff on Sunday, May 4, in honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service.
