WASHINGTON, D.C. – Joining fellow governors in Washington, D.C., Governor Greg Gianforte and First Lady Susan Gianforte on Jan 20th, attended the Inaugural Ceremonies for the 45th and 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

“Susan and I are honored to attend President Trump’s inauguration and join the nation in celebrating the start of a new era for our country,” Gov. Gianforte said. “The great American comeback begins Jan 20th, with President Trump at the helm. Montana looks forward to the next four years as we work with President Trump to restore safety, strength, and prosperity to our United States.”

The governor and first lady joined nearly two dozen governors to view the ceremony from Emancipation Hall in the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center. The governor and first lady are scheduled to attend President Donald J. Trump’s Inaugural Liberty Ball this evening.

After the ceremony, President Trump is scheduled to sign several executive orders to secure the border and unleash American-made energy production. Earlier this month, Gov. Gianforte attended dinner with President Trump to identify areas of cooperation between the State of Montana as the new administration takes office.

Gov. Gianforte concluded, “Congratulations to President Donald J. Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance on being sworn in to lead the United States. Let’s get to work.”
