TRENTON - On July 23, 2025, Governor Murphy signed the following bills into law: 

A-4178/S-4553 (Swain/Sarlo) - Authorizes State Treasurer to grant temporary deed of easement in Borough of Sea Girt in Monmouth County

A-5381/S-4402 (Kennedy, Atkins, Venezia, Quijano/Greenstein) - Provides medical documentation requirement for certain members of PERS, PFRS, and SPRS to receive accidental disability retirement allowance for participation in 9/11 World Trade Center rescue, recovery, or cleanup operations; removes filing deadline.
